Greenville County business and community leader Stacy Kuper has entered the race to replace Jim Burns as the County Council representative for District 21, according to a release from her campaign as well as a story in the Greenville Journal.
The release states:
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Community and business leader Stacy Kuper announced Friday she plans to run for County Council Seat 21, which represents a wide swath of the county’s eastside.“I have been your neighbor for the past nine years and have committed myself to the Greenville community serving on boards and commissions ranging from Pendleton Place to Safe Harbor to Leadership Greenville while raising my family and working full time in the technology industry,” she said. “Now, I want to do more for the people around me. That is why I am running for County Council Seat 21 and want your support this June 14 in the Republican Primary.”
